CTS instructors stress
experience and "hands on" learning. Each apprentice progresses according to
their skill level & competency in particular tasks.

Steps to Apprenticeship
Apply for apprentice program Monday - Friday,
7:30am - 3:00pm

An apprentice is paid while learning on the job, then
reports to school two days a month. If employed, apprentices are paid by their
contractor during the training day.

An apprentice pay ranges from $12.17 per hour to more
than $20.38 per hour plus benefits.
