Articulation Agreements
with Area Colleges for an Associate of Applied Science Degree
 |
This agreement allows a
journeyman's status to be transferred to a college for part of the core
curriculum requirements for an associate degree.
|
 |
In addition to the
apprentice program at CTS a number of general education are necessary for the associate
degree.
|
 |
This not only elevates
the significance of an individual's apprenticeship training in the eyes of the community,
but it also allows them to pursue an advanced degree and to increase there technical and
relational skills. Additionally, companies are increasingly interested, some requiring an
Associate of Applied Science in addition to a journeyman's license.
